Technical trials ahead of COP-4

All registered participants to the online segment of the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP-4) are encouraged to participate in technical trials to ensure connectivity, audio and video settings.

The following sessions have been arranged to accommodate different time zones.

Interprefy technical trials

  • Wednesday 27 October 2021, 11.00 – 13.00 h CEST
  • Wednesday 27 October 2021, 16.00 – 18.00 h CEST
  • Thursday 28 October 2021, 11.00 – 13.00 h CEST
  • Thursday 28 October 2021, 16.00 – 18.00 h CEST

WebEx technical trials

  • Wednesday 27 October 2021, 11.00 – 12.00 h CEST
  • Wednesday 27 October 2021, 16.00 – 17.00 h CEST

Please be reminded that all plenary sessions will be conducted on Interprefy, and other meetings like contact group, bureau and regional meetings, and side events will take place in WebEx.

To join technical trials, you need to activate your Minamata Convention COP-4 intranet account.

As a registered participant to the online segmenet of the Minamata Convention COP-4, you should have received an email containing instructions on connecting to the Minamata Convention COP-4 Intranet site. Please note that the Intranet site is the only platform to access COP-4 online meetings.

Considering that the Intranet registration process of your account implies several activation steps, it is highly recommendable that this process is done with enough time in advance, to access the COP-4 online sessions and its technical trials. It is also recommended that you attend one of the technical trials to familiarize yourself with the Intranet and the meetings platforms.
